Facing Goliath: How to Fight the Big Boys and Win.
"Action, not words.” It’s the demand of a new generation of customers. Claims of “fast friendly service,” and “best quality at the lowest prices” are perceived as phony hype and empty promises. Mike Dandridge knows. Mike ran an electrical supply house in a central Texas town. All was well. Then Home Depot and Lowe's moved in on either side of the small business; both had a well-stocked electrical department and a massive marketing budget. Mike wanted to fight back, but knew it would take more than “great customer service” to stay alive. Through trial-and-error Mike grew his small business from 3 Million to more than 12 million dollars annual sales within 12 months.

As a result of the key lessons he learned during his own business turnaround, Mike became an expert on using Customer Experience Architecture and in-store persuasion tactics as the little guy’s number one marketing tool. He has since reproduced those results for his clients and systematized his knowledge through the 360 Customer Experience Matrix, a tool for measuring and improving the Personal Experience Factor within most businesses.

Interested in hearing his David and Goliath story? Attend this fast paced, multi-media presentation and Mike Dandridge will show you exactly what he did – and what you can do – to succeed in spite of the “predator-competitors” that eat away at your market.

Mike’s book, The One Year Business Turnaround contains 52 weeks worth of ideas for improving profits and gaining market share.

Behind the Mike
"You're Fired!"

Fired twice from his first full-time job, Mike Dandridge met failure long before achieving any measure of success. Like all of us, Mike is a composite of his failures and his achievements. From those early experiences came a life-long fascination with human potential. Fascination led to a transformational journey.

Before becoming a full-time speaker and author Mike enjoyed a twenty-four year career in sales and marketing in the industrial sector. While still employed by Rexel Inc., he grew a struggling electrical supply house in a small central Texas town into the most profitable location in the nation within twelve months. That success became the inspiration for his book, "The One Year Business Turnaround."

The book led to an invitation from Rexel's vice-president for Mike to speak at the annual conference of corporate executives and managers. Encouraged by the response he received from his company audience, Mike was ready for a new challenge. So, leaving behind the security of a "day job," he offered his services to the world at large. Now he spends his time speaking and writing about the "Personal Experience Factor" in Customer Experience Architecture.
